星期六至日:8:30am~10:30pmhttp://www.kao-chi.com/永康街高記民國38年創立,今年剛好60年,是永康街上第一家上海點心店,老公跟我已經光顧超過十年了,以前我最愛炒糕還有蟹殼黃,當然生煎包也是最招牌的料理了。後來我們反而比較常去距離比較近的復興店,另外也因為永康街上的選擇很多,就會繞去別的店家,反而少去總店,連重新裝潢後都沒進去過。今天去永康街,本來是媽咪我想吃誠記的素河粉,沒想到才繞進永康街沒幾步路,老二就拐進了高記,我們還急忙叫他出來,但店員很熱情的招呼說,進來就請進吧,我問老二進高記要吃甚麼,他還答對要吃生煎包!^_^lll...我們認了,就進了高記啦。裝潢後的空間變大變漂亮了,跟以前印象中小小的老店完全不一樣,進門就有外賣櫃。

連小菜櫃也裝潢得明亮別致,馬上就先拿了三碟小菜。

先上來的是重酥蟹殼黃,高記有鹹甜兩種,我們都點鹹的,一份五個。蟹殼黃又稱一口酥,是道地的上海點心。

然後是元籠小籠包,但孩子們覺得還是鼎泰豐較優。

不過重點還是上海生煎包啦,一份10個,孩子們讚不絕口!光看吃相都知道它們真是愛極了,所以老公說以後小籠包也別點了,二個孩子一人一鐵盤生煎包。包子皮是最吸引人的,我還記得老麵自然發酵成的特殊口感,老二說最好吃的是煎得微焦的煎包底部,香香脆脆,真是小饕客一個,哈哈哈。

老公還點了個比較特別的燒鵝叉燒包,只有老二吃得出來內餡不一樣,但他卻猜是老虎還是大象!這也太誇張~~

離開前在門口讓孩子們自己拍下生煎包的煎製過程,美食要靠巧手烹,光駐足在開放廚房外就好些功夫,直嚷下次還要再來哩。
