A Jivamukti vinyasa warm-up prepares us for several potent asanas, chosen for their ability to inspire compassion for winged beings. We'll review Eagle, Peacock, Crow, Crane, and Pigeon, and see how assuming the vibrational essence of another being helps awareness grow.
